• Your Bare Beauty Membership entitles you to a monthly customized facial (emerald), hydrafacial signature (gold), hydrafacial deluxe (black) ($90|$110|$125 per month) plus perks.

• Your membership agreement begins on the day you sign up.Your monthly membership payment will be automatically deducted on the 1st day of each month thereafter using the credit card on file. Facials are to be redeemed monthly and will expire if not used (no roll-over). Facials and other perks are non-transferrable and can only be used by the stated member.

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations must be done by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Cancellations are to be made via email and sent to barebeautyaestheticskv@gmail.com. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your account cancellation.

• If your monthly payment is declined you will be given 7 days to reconcile your account. If not reconciled within 7 days, we may cancel this agreement immediately.

• Bare Beauty Aesthetics has a 48 hour appointment cancellation policy. No-shows and cancellations (with fewer than 48 hours notice) will be charged $25/24 hour notice, 50% of the service booked for same day cancellation/no-show.
