Cancellation Policy
At Bare Beauty Aesthetics, we value your time as well as ours. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your scheduled appointments. However, in order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Notification Period: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
- Late Cancellations/No Shows: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of $25.00. Same day cancellation/no show is 50% of the service fee to the credit card on file.
- Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment within the 48 hour notification period may do so without incurring any charges. All services performed by our nurses (i.e. injectables, threads, lasers, and skin resurfacing treatments) will have a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed.
- Non-Refundable Booking Fees: Please keep in mind that a deposit is required for every service booked and varies by service. This goes towards your service and is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, it’s non-refundable and will remain in your customer account until you return for a future appointment.
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to a sudden illness, injury, or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
- Confirmation Calls/Texts: We strive to provide confirmation calls or texts 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. However, this is a courtesy service, and it is ultimately the client's responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.
- Group Bookings: For group bookings or multiple services scheduled together, a longer notification period may be required. Please inquire at the time of booking for specific details.
- Policy Enforcement: The cancellation policy will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all clients and the efficient operation of our spa. Clients who repeatedly fail to adhere to the cancellation policy may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to schedule appointments in the future.
